1 Introduction & Acceptance

By using 88bk's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 88bk and its users.

3 Account Management

• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. 88bk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
• Completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory, especially before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be restricted without KYC.

• An account with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be declared inactive. A nominal maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

4 Betting Rules

There are a few ground rules to follow when betting on 88bk. Under these terms and conditions, once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cashout option is available for live betting.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• Odds changes: If the odds change after a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded, unless specific rules apply to that market.
• Technical Errors: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, 88bk reserves the right to void that bet.
• Match Fixing: If match-fixing or any irregularity is detected in an event, the outcome of all related bets will be voided.
• Single & Multi Bets: Single bets, multi-selection combo bets, and system bets are all available. Specific terms apply to each bet type.

88bk's decision on all betting outcomes is final. In the event of a dispute, official result sources are used as reference. Any objection to a result must be raised with the support team within 72 hours.

5 Payments & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Deposit Processing: Usually instant. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.

• Withdrawal to Same Method: For security purposes, withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

9 Intellectual Property

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 88bk is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

88bk is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. However, we are always committed to resolving any technical problems as quickly as possible.

• 88bk is not liable for losses on live bets resulting from internet disconnection.
• 88bk is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

11 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by emailing support@88bk.ws. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• 88bk reserves the right to close an account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any proven case of fraud or money laundering will result in the account balance being forfeited.
• If you voluntarily close your account, any verified balance will be returned to you.
• Data from closed accounts may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions
